Throughout the building cycle, our interface with all of the individuals involved from the Jeffery Homes' President, the Site Supervisor, the various Trades and Sales Staff was nothing less than amicable, friendly and supportive. In the building process we made many personal changes to the plans and requested numerous upgrades as we continually reassessed our "life-style desires" - all of which were provided and completed in a gracious and high quality manner and within fair and equitable economic considerations.

     Having now lived in our new home for almost six months, we more than ever realize the intense personal satisfaction that comes from owning a quality-built Jeffery Home.

Meet the Stuarts

     One of the most spectacular new homes on the ravine at Forest Lea belongs to Rob and Jo-ann Stuart. As previous owners of a country home with ten acres, a pond, and creek, Rob and Jo-ann were ready to build their dream home and waited for just the right spot to do it. Both desired a low maintenance home, so that when they are ready to retire, there would be little in the way of lawn maintenance for them.

     Because this is to be their dream home, much time and effort was spent with Wayne Jeffery, Scott Jeffery and Susan Mullin to customize a design to fit their lifestyle. Rooms were opened up, walls moved back and special upgrade features were added to make this their home. Several times, changes were made on the spot, without hesitation from Wayne and Scott Jeffery.

     The Stuarts still can't get over how a bond of trust has developed between themand the Jeffery Team. Both tell the story of how every night when the trades left, the floors were swept clean and all their equipment was neatly laid out in a corner.

     Both Rob and Jo-ann relied on the advice of the Jeffery Team, especially Susan Mullin, for her hours of advice on upgrades and are thrilled with their built-in sound system which was installed throughout the house. Jeffery's exclusive air-return system and the special touches such as a custom brick pillar on the front lawn and oversized windows are only some of the features found in this gracious home.
